Youth and Student Group Trip Notes

• Save time & fill out your electronic waiver ahead of time. Adult guardians MUST sign for any rafters under the age of 18. You’ll find a link to electronic waivers in your rafting trip confirmation.
• Most of our rafts accommodate 4 to 7 people.  If you have less than 4 people in your group, there is a possibility you will be teamed up with other whitewater rafting guests.
• Please make sure that all members of your youth group have proper footwear.  Water shoes, old sneakers or sandals with ankle straps are permitted.  Flip flops, bare feet, and slippers ARE NOT permitted!! We do sell water shoes and sandals in our t-shirt shop for those that forget them. OR, you can rent booties for $6.00 per person. An adult ID is required for bootie rentals.
• Customized food packages are available for groups of 10 or more. Click here for details on group catering.
• Transportation to/from Hickory Run State Park Campground and other local lodging properties is available for a small fee.
• If you forget something you can pick it up in our retail shop.
• Your photo is taken on the river.  Action rafting photos are available for purchase in our store or online at PoconoWhitewaterPhotos.com. Group photos are also available upon request.
• All youth and student group participants must be accompanied on the river by a parent or legal guardian who is able to supervise and be capable of controlling them at all times.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

• For your security, please bring the credit card used for payment when you check in for your trip. If the cardholder will not be present, please contact us in advance so we can arrange an alternative verification method.
• Please note that Pocono Whitewater does not accept reservations or payments made through third-party booking sites. All reservations must be made directly with us or through our approved lodging partners.
